Fees & Transparency

At Monarch Racing, honesty and transparency are the foundation of long-term, successful ownership relationships. Our management fee structure is designed to be simple, fair, and competitive:

• $25 + GST per month for clients holding 1–2% shares
• $55 + GST per month for clients holding 2.5%+ shares

This fee is charged once per client each month, regardless of how many horses you own with us—ensuring no duplicate charges for multiple ownerships. Unlike many syndicators, our model is different:

• We retain shares in every horse, meaning we stay accountable and only succeed when our owners do.

• We do not hold on to unviable horses—our focus is on quality, performance, and sustainable ownership experiences.

All trainer, pre-trainer, spelling, and veterinary invoices are audited monthly by our chartered accountant to identify and correct any discrepancies. Owners are on-billed at cost, with full transparency guaranteed.

Your management fee contributes directly to the services that make ownership enjoyable and seamless, including:

• General bookkeeping and administration (led by Tahlia)
• Weekly media updates from our dedicated content team
• Social media management and advertising
• Ongoing communication and owner engagement
